New to our auctions? Start here. This section will walk you through how to register, preview items, and navigate auction day with confidence. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a returning bidder, we’ve got everything you need to jump in and start bidding.
When and where are our auctions?
- All of our auctions are 100% online, with new auctions held at least once a month.
- Check out our auction calendar or join our mailing list to receive email updates and never miss an event.
What is the process for auction registration?
- Visit our website and click the “Bid Now“ tab to register and get started.
- Registration can be completed anytime using the catalog link – even during the auction.
Why is a credit card required during auction registration?
- Our auction platform is a leading online marketplace known for its trusted and secure platform. To ensure buyer safety and verify identities, requires more detailed information than many other e-commerce sites. Rest assured, all personal data is securely protected, and credit card information is encrypted and never shared.
Please note: We do not accept credit cards as a form of payment, so the card provided will not be charged.
How are questions about a lot handled?
- Each lot includes an “Ask a Question” button. All inquiries are sent directly to the auctioneer, who will be on standby to respond.
- If the auction is not active, please direct all questions to sales@asi3auctions.com.
Is there an opportunity to preview items before bidding?
- Yes, we have auction previews the Friday before every auction from 9am-1pm.
- Customers should have the desired lot numbers ready for the items they wish to preview.

Are there fees?
- Palletizing Fee-$50 Per Pallet
- Wire Transfer Fee- $15 Per Invoice
- Storage Fee- $50 A day per lot , after the pick up deadline
- Buyer’s Premium Fee- 18%
- Disposal Fee- $50 Per Item

What are the designated pickup hours?
Pickup by Appointment Only:
All pickups must be scheduled in advance using the link provided in your emailed invoice.Pickup Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
What is the pickup location?
- 13506 Prestige Place, Tampa, FL, 33635
Note: Check the invoice to make sure the item is in our facility.
What is the pick up deadline?
Two weeks after the auction date. The date should be on the invoice.
Our auctions are held on Mondays, and the pickup deadline is always the 2nd Friday after the auction.
Note: A $50 storage fee per lot, per day, will be applied for items not picked up by the deadline.
Can someone else or a carrier pick up my items?
- Yes, we can release the item; however, we require written consent from the buyer. Please send the authorized person’s name or the Bill of Lading (BOL) to sales@asi3auctions.com.
While we don’t arrange shipping, we recommend the following options:
- Pratco Logistics for larger items
- The UPS Store for smaller items
- uShip.com or FreightCenter.com for LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping.
- Facility Notice:
Please be advised that our facility is private, and restrooms are not available for public use, including third-party drivers. This policy is in place strictly for safety and liability reasons. We kindly ask that you communicate this information to your carriers and third-party drivers in advance.
What are the weight and dimensions?
- On auction day: Please submit your questions using the link provided in the desired lot. Our sales team will respond promptly.
- Any other time: Please email sales@asi3auctions.com, and our sales team will get back to you. In your email, kindly include a name, the lot number, or the paddle number.
Is palletizing offered for auction items?
- Yes, we charge a $50 handling fee.
- This can be paid by credit card.
Paying for Your Auction Items
All payment information, including methods, deadlines, and invoice details, can be found here. Whether you’re wondering how to pay, when payment is due, or what forms are accepted, this section has everything you need to complete your purchase after the auction.
What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept cash, wire transfer, & certified checks.
- We don’t accept ACH.
- We don’t accept Credit Cards.
When are invoices issued for purchased items?
- Invoices will be emailed after the auction closes, typically by 5 PM.
- Paid-in-full invoice will be emailed, once the payment clears.
When is the payment deadline?
Payment is due within two days after the auction closes. Since auctions are typically held on Mondays, payment is generally required by the following Wednesday.
Can taxes be removed from a purchase with a valid tax exemption form?
- Yes, email the tax exemption form to sales@asi3auctions.com.
- A tax exemption form must be submitted for each auction.

LOADING & PICK-UP POLICY
We’re here to make your pick-up experience as smooth as possible. All items must be picked up within the designated deadlines hours to avoid storage fees. We offer free loading assistance on-site to help you get your purchases safely and quickly loaded. Be sure to schedule your pick-up using the link provided on your invoice. Please review our guidelines carefully to ensure a hassle-free pick-up. If you need special accommodations or alternate times, just reach out — we’re happy to help!
Waiver Required:
- For liability reasons, a signed waiver is required before our staff can assist with loading. If the driver refuses to sign, we cannot provide assistance.
Third-Party Pickups:
If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the item(s), the winning bidder must:
Provide a Bill of Lading (BOL) or
Submit the full name of the individual or company authorized to pick up the item(s)

Items will not be released without prior written authorization.
Loading Scope:
Our team offers basic loading only.
Customers are responsible for removing all items included in the lot, including pallets, boxes, and packaging materials.
Disposal Policy:
- Any items left onsite will be subject to a $50 disposal fee, billed to your account.
Facility Notice:
